The Adcraft Infrared Display Warmer serves double duty at your eatery as a fried-food holding station in your commercial kitchen or as a front-of-the-house, self-serve station for hot food items on display. Polished, stainless steel interior reflectors radiate heat down towards the food below, giving off uniform heat distribution so food stays hot for extended periods of time. The warmer’s raised base keeps the food pan off the work area, preventing it from getting hot while allowing for easy accessibility of the food from all three sides. This commercial display warmer comes complete with a 2-inch deep, full-size food pan with removable stainless steel perforated liner for drainage of excess grease. The on/off switch is located on the front of the food warmer, away from the heat zone. The unit measures 13"W x 22.5"D x 19.75"H. 120V, 940W and 7.8 Amps.
